Barcelona have revealed the conditions on which they will be willing to let Arda Turan go this summer according to the Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo. The report states that the La Liga giants firstly want to recoup the 34 million spent on Turan last summer. Barcelona also require the Turkish international to hand in a transfer request if he is to leave the club. Meanwhile, The Daily Star report that both Arsenal and Chelsea are interested in making a move the the 29-year-old midfielder.
