West Ham United 'make final offer for Carlos Bacca'

West Ham United have made a final offer for AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca, according to reports. The Hammers were thought to be closing in on a £25m move for the Colombia international last week, but that switch has since broken down after AC Milan rejected the offer. The likes of Atletico Madrid and Arsenal are understood to be monitoring the situation, but Gazzetta dello Sport reports that West Ham are determined to sign the frontman.
