Gonzalo Higuain is officially the third-most expensive player in history after completing his drawn-out transfer from Napoli to Serie A rivals Juventus. The Argentina international had a 90m (£75.3m) release clause in his contract bought out by the Italian giants to put him behind only Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo in terms of record transfers.
