Morning all. Arsene Wenger has been talking transfers, yet again. But that's all he seems to be doing, talking but not doing. I'm sure other people are involved in any deals the club are trying to secure but they are clearly as inefficient as the Frenchman. Whilst Arsene and the boys are having fun in America, parading the new expensive kit, dipping into ice cold water and working out in the gym, someone else is surely trying to get a couple of transfers over the line at least.
