Arsene Wenger Insists There Is No Sentiment Upon Monaco Return
It has been reported that Arsene Wenger insists there will be no emotion or sentiment when he walks out onto Stade Louis II on Tuesday night. The French tactician takes his Arsenal side to Monaco for the Champions League Round of 16 second leg after their shock 3-1 defeat in north London late last month. Wenger spent seven years as Monaco boss back in the formative days of his managerial career but asserts that there will be no romanticism upon this visit as he has a job to do with Arsenal.
