Arsenal have been told that signing Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira would be a mistake. The 27-year-old Germany international has only recently recovered from a serious knee injury and has been linked to a number of the Premier League's leading lights including Manchester United and Chelsea. Khedira is widely expected to leave the Bernabeu in the summer, but German legend Franz Beckenbauer thinks Khedira's injury problems may have a lasting impact on his game.
