Morning all. The EFL Cup, or the League Cup as it remains for me has moved into the next stage, the one where all the big boys get involved. Arsenal have been drawn away to Nottingham Forest which won't be an easy trip. That all takes place during the week commencing the 19th September. In years gone by, the League Cup has been our chance to see a few youngsters perform, players who are on the cusp of making the next step up into the first team and no doubt we'll see a few again this time around but options in defence are quite limited.
