While Arsenal wait for Alexis Sanchez to put pen to paper and extend his stay at the Emirates, Manchester City are ready to make an offer for the Chile international in January. Sanchez’s current contract runs out in June 2018 and Wenger is desperate to give him a new deal. According to The Express, Sanchez wants around £200,000 a week making him the highest paid player in the squad.
