Chelsea Eyeing £25m Move For Burnley Defender Michael Keane

Reports have emerged claiming that Chelsea are plotting a £25millionwinter move for Burnley's Michael Keane. The Daily Mirror is reporting that Blues boss Antonio Conte is determined to strengthen his defence after a less than desirable beginning to the new Premier League season. Keane, 23, is seen as a long-term replacement for veteran John Terry whose importance to the Chelsea team was highlighted on Saturday when the captain did not play in the 3-0 loss at Arsenal. Conte has been left unimpressed with Gary Cahill's performance against the Gunners and is eager to bring a quality young central defender to Stamford Bridge.
