Arsene Wenger opens up about Arsenal transfer policies amid Sam Allardyce newspaper sting

The issue of third party ownership has come into the spotlight in the wake of England boss Sam Allardyce being secretly filmed apparently discussing ways to evade strict FA rules on the issue. Arsenal manager Wenger insisted that he had always wanted to see a worldwide ban on third party ownership. “Third party ownership should not be allowed,” he said. “I have fought against it for a long, long time.
