FA Want Wenger To Manage England

The Football Association want Arsene Wenger to replace Sam Allardyce as England manager and are set to make an approach for the Frenchman in the coming days, according to the Evening Standard. Allardyce left his post as Three Lions boss on Wednesday by mutual agreement after just 67 days and one match in charge. Gareth Southgate has been appointed as caretaker manager for England’s next four games against Malta, Slovenia, Scotland and Spain as the FA begin their search for Allardyce’s replacement.
