Arsenal 3 - Swansea 2: Theo Walcott brace secures win despite Granit Xhaka seeing red

Theo Walcott put Arsenal in the ascendency with two goals within seven minutes in the first half but Gylfi Sigurdsson grabbed one back before the break. Mesut Ozil regained Arsenal's two-goal advantage shortly after half-time before Borja Baston reduced the arrears to one with 25 minutes to go. Arsenal were left holding on for the remaining 20 minutes when Xhaka was shown a straight red card but Swansea couldn't find the equaliser.
