Arsenal are facing stiff competition in the race to sign highly-rated Torino striker Andrea Belotti, with Liverpool appearing to have the edge over the Gunners for the hitman. According to CalcioMercatoWeb, the Merseyside are eager to make an offer for the Italy international and are preparing a £19.5million bid next summer. Belotti joined Torino from Palermo in 2015 and since then has made 40 appearances and scored a decent 17 goals.
