It has been reported that Arsenal are keeping tabs on Chilean midfielder Charles Aranguiz. The Mirror says Arsenal are interested in Aranguiz, and have been following the playmaker since last summer according to reports in Brazil. The playmaker, who currently plies his trade with Internacional in the Brasileirão, is reported to have caught Arsene Wenger's eye during the World Cup, where he starred for the Chile side that eliminated Spain and came so close to knocking out the hosts in the round of 16.
