Arsene Wenger will offer Jack Wilshere a new contract at Arsenal after insisting he remains part of his plans.  Wilshere, whose contract at the Emirates expires in the summer of 2018, is currently on loan at Bournemouth and has been linked with a permanent move away from Arsenal.  But when asked if he plans to extend Wilshere's stay at the start of next year, Wenger said: "Yes, of course. That's not just to protect his [transfer] value. "Ideally [it will be addressed before next summer].
