Arsenal were dealt a huge blow when Santi Cazorla was ruled out for three months as a result of surgery on a troublesome Achilles injury, but the man himself is trying to stay positive. The midfielder suffered what initially seemed to be a knock during the Gunners' 6-0 rout over Ludogorets Razgrad on October 19. However, concerns grew when the inflammation failed to ease, and as a last resort the club have had to turn to surgery in order to fix the problem.
