Arsenal boss has no plans to spend in January

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has no intention of strengthening his first-team squad with new faces when the transfer window reopens in January, according to The Telegraph. Why is Wenger tightening the purse strings? Arsenal supporters are no strangers to frustrating transfer windows. In fact, nowadays it seems that Wenger's spending is under more scrutiny than his counterparts twice a season.
