Arsenal and Roma are leading the chase to sign Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech in the summer. Cech has virtually confirmed that he will leave Stamford Bridge at the end of the season in order to play regular first-team football. Arsenal were already considering a move for Cech before his admission and believe the 32-year-old could be attracted to the Emirates. Cech and his family are settled in London and Arsenal believe the offer of Champions League football and the chance to win more trophies in England will be appealing to the Czech Republic international.
