Chile midfielder Charles Aranguiz has said that it would be a "dream" to play for Arsenal, after reports suggest that the Gunners are preparing a bid. The Internacional playmaker was part of the Chile side which impressed at the 2014 World Cup, and he has subsequently been linked with a move to some of Europe's biggest clubs.
