Arsene Wenger will be allowed to spend heavily this summer with the Arsenal boss eyeing five top targets, according to The Mirror. The Frenchman wants to bring in Alexandre Lacazette, Wilfried Zaha, Moussa Dembele, Kieran Tierney, and Jordan Pickford.
