Tella, 17, has been at Arsenal for 10 years but was out of contract at the end of the season.He was told he won't be given a new deal and has been free to look for other clubs.Tella, a boyhood Gunners fan, was invited to train with Norwich but ended up on trial at Southampton.And he's impressed enough to be handed a contract with the Saints.
