Arsenal raise stakes as willing to splash out £50m to rival Chelsea and Man Utd

Arsenal are reportedly prepared to battle Chelsea and Manchester United over the signing of Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata this summer. Morata is a man in demand as despite a limited role at the Bernabeu this season, he's still scored 20 goals in 40 appearances and with a prominent position at a club, he would likely be even more prolific. According to The Sun, Arsenal are ready to rival Chelsea and United and will be prepared to meet his £50m valuation but much will of course depend on whether or not they can convince him to snub their Premier League rivals in favour of a move to the Emirates.
