Real Madrid confirm swoop for Vinicius Junior: 16-year-old’s deal likely to cost £38m
GETTY Real Madrid have confirmed their deal for Vinicius Junior Flamengo ace Vinicius Jr is one of world football’s hottest prospects and has been tipped to become a future superstar. The 16-year-old has only played a handful of minutes as a professional footballer but Real have splashed out to sign him. The La Liga champions said in a statement: "Real Madrid CF and Clube de Regatas do Flamengo have agreed to transfer the rights of the player Vinicius Junior from July 2018.
