Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly requesting the club sign Sporting Lisbon star Gelson Martins. After reports claimed the 32-year-old wanted to leave Spain after being accused of tax fraud by the authorities, he now looks set to stay put. However, Spanish outlet Diario Gol claims Ronaldo wants more Portuguese players at the club with the likes of Pepe and Fabio Coentrao likely to go. And it is said that Ronaldo thinks Sporting star Martins would be a perfect signing.
