Olivier Giroud: West Ham prepare record deal for £20m Arsenal star to see off rivals
The experienced Gunners star is being lined up to solve the Hammers’ problems upfront. Slaven Bilic is looking to bring in at least two frontmen during the summer transfer window, with Chelsea’s Michy Batshuayi also wanted. Arsenal are set to offload Giroud once they complete the £50million signing of Alexandre Lacazette. A transfer is expected to be completed this week with Lyon, who have explored the possibility of taking Giroud in return.
