Pep Guardiola wants to wrap up deals for three defenders before pre season
But Pep Guardiola is ready to play the long game for a deal with Arsenal for Alexis Sanchez, according to the Telegraph. City are expected to land Dani Alves this week and will sign the defender on a two-year deal after he was released by Juventus. Alves is likely to be back up for Kyle Walker who City hope to sign in the coming weeks for around £45m plus add-ons. Tottenham have been holding out for £50m but an agreement is expected to be negotiated. At left-back City want Benjamin Mendy from Monaco, having already signed Bernardo Silva from the French side.
