It has been reported that Inter Milan are interested in Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira. The German international midfielder, off contract in June, is in advanced talks over a Bosman move with Schalke, but the Bundesliga club cannot match his demands. Inter see Khedira as a cheaper alternative to Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure. Nerazzurri chiefs believe they will need to put aside 60 million to sign Toure, whereas Khedira is seeking 4 million-a-year to join on a Bosman transfer.
