Arsenal midfielder Jon Toral has reportedly emerged as a top transfer target for Derby County. The 22-year-old has been contracted to the Gunners since 2014, but he has failed to make a first-team appearance for the North Londoners and has instead spent four loan periods elsewhere. One of those spells came at Birmingham City, who were then managed by Gary Rowett, and according to The Sun, his former boss now wants to work with him at Derby.
