GETTY Barcelona star Rafinha has been offered to Arsenal That's according to Sky Sports who reckon the midfielder could be available if the Gunners bid in excess of £27m. The 24-year-old Brazilian has struggled for regular game time at the Nou Camp and could be packing his bags.
