Seri, 26, was on the verge of joining Serie A side Roma this summer, but a deal fell through after being put off by his £36million release clause.  The Ivory Coast international has since been attracting interest from the Premier League with Arsenal, Swansea and Tottenham apparently interested in securing his signature.  Swansea supposedly lodged an offer of around £15m to sign Seri, but the Ligue 1 side rejected their offer.  Tottenham have also been monitoring his situation with Mauricio Pochettino yet to make a signing in the transfer window so far.  Arsenal transfers: Which stars are most likely to sign?
