Thierry Henry criticises Gunners for playing the ‘Arsenal ball’ too often

Olivier Giroud came to Arsenal’s rescue on Friday night with a late winner in their 4-3 triumph over Leicester. Alexandre Lacazette took just two minutes to get a goal on his Premier League debut for the Gunners and was a nightmare for the Leicester defence throughout the game. The France international was prolific during his time in Ligue 1 with Lyon and his pace and movement was a big part of his game in being able to run in behind defenders. But Henry believes Arsenal missed a trick by ignoring the ball over the top for Lacazette to run on to on too many occasions, instead opting to play out wide and keep possession.
