Barcelona are continuing their relentless approach to sign Coutinho from Liverpool. The La Liga club have had two bids rejected by Jurgen Klopp’s side and the club put out a statement last week insisting the midfielder is not for sale. But Coutinho’s transfer request has put Barcelona on red alert with a third bid expected before the close of the transfer window. Klopp is adamant Liverpool will not sell the Brazil international this summer but if Barcelona do manage to complete a deal, the Reds will be desperate to find a replacement.
