Arsenal, Liverpool In Talks Over Sterling-Walcott Swap
It has been revealed that the rumours regarding Arsenal’s pursuit of Liverpool’s Raheem Sterling continue to rumble. The Daily Star has reported that the Gunners are in talks with the Reds over a shock swap deal which would see Theo Walcott head to Anfield in exchange for Sterling. The proposed deal would also see Arsenal pay Liverpool £20million for 20-year old England international Sterling who recently rejected a bumper £100,000-a-week offer from the Merseyside outfit. Walcott is also at a contract impasse with the Gunners and recent reports indicate he could be offloaded in the summer. Tags: Arsenal, featured, Liverpool
