Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger BLASTS 'nightmare' pre-season tours
Arsenal are hoping to be involved in the FA Cup final on May 30, by which time Chelsea will be in Japan, Tottenham in Sydney and Manchester City in the States, having flown out the moment the Premier League campaign ends the week before. However, even if Arsenal are not involved in the Wembley showpiece, Wenger would have no truck with a commercial tour of no benefit to the football side of the club. "Post-season tours are a nightmare," he said. "In pre-season you have the players under pressure with the focus of starting the season well.
