Liverpool are to persist with their £74M pursuit of Monaco star Thomas Lemar despite the fact that the Reds look set to complete the £40M signing of Arsenal star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in what is set to be the club's biggest transfer window in it's history, according to the Independent. It is believed by the Independent that the club were weighing up whether to persue Lemar or Southampton star Virgil Van Dijk, with it being decided yesterday afternoon that the club were to continue their pursuit of the 21-year-old Monaco winger.
