The Gunners have failed to bring in anyone since the signing of Alexandre Lacazette. And they had been looking to bring Thomas Lemar in with Alexis Sanchez set for Manchester City. But the plug has been pulled on Lemar meaning Sanchez will now stay put. And that marks the end of Arsenal’s activity in the transfer market - as far as in-comings are concerned. Lemar was Arsenal’s top target to replace Sanchez with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain also leaving today.
