Arsenal news: Alexis Sanchez threatening to go on strike after failed Man City transfer

Sanchez was desperate to quit Arsenal and wanted to join Pep Guardiola at Manchester City. He had agreed a £300,000 a week deal at City and a fee of around £60m was agreed on the proviso that Arsenal could land a replacement. But the deal for Thomas Lemar broke down yesterday leaving Arsenal short and with no time to find an alternative, meaning they canceled the Sanchez sale. But Goal report that Sanchez doesn’t want to play for the club again and City are hopeful of landing him in January in a cut price deal.
