GETTY Jose Enrique snubbed Arsenal twice Enrique made the move over to the Premier League in 2007 with Newcastle - costing around £6million - following spells at Levante, Valencia, Celta Vigo and Villarreal. The Spaniard’s impressive performances at St James’ Park caught the eye of Liverpool and he joined the Reds four years later in a £7m deal. The 31-year-old returned to Spain last summer for a season at Real Zaragoza but retired from football earlier this month due to a persistent knee injury.
