Arsenal Cologne: Arsene Wenger praises 'special' Alexis Sanchez after Europa League win

Sanchez, 28, returned to Arsenal's starting line-up as they came from behind to beat Cologne 3-1 in their Europa League opener at the Emirates.  The Bundesliga side took the lead after Jhon Cordoba's stunning 45-yard strike caught David Ospina off guard and flew into the net. However, their lead was short lived with Sead Kolasinac, Alexis Sanchez and Hector Bellerin turning the game, which was delayed by a whole hour, around. The Chile international, who has refused to sign a new contract with the north London club, looked destined to join Manchester City on transfer deadline day.
