Arsenal CEO Gazidis got £919,000 bonus despite Champions League miss

The FC panel debate if Arsenal will make a legitimate push for the Premier League's top four this season. Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis was paid a bonus of nearly £1 million this year despite the club missing out on Champions League football. The financial statement for 2016-17 sent to Arsenal shareholders this week reveals that Gazidis received £919,000, taking his total pay packet to £2.6m. Both the bonus and the overall pay are similar to the previous year, even though Arsenal fell out of the Premier League top four for first time in Arsene Wenger's 20-year reign.
