Arsenal and Manchester City have considered making an approach for Barcelona chief negotiator Raul Sanllehi, according to a report. Sanllehi has been at Camp Nou for the last 15 years, working his way up to become director of football and in charge of transfer negotiations. However, Marca reports that Barca president Josep Maria Bartomeu will present a new sporting structure in the next general assembly, which will see the role of negotiator with other clubs and the likes of UEFA and FIFA be absolved into another position.
