Arsenal news: Scouts sent to watch Besiktas ace Oguzhan Ozyakup - He’ll cost £20m

Arsenal have been scouting Besiktas playmaker Oguzhan Ozyakup in recent weeks
Ozyakup, 24, left Arsenal for Besiktas in 2012 for around £500,000 after he failed to make a breakthrough at the Emirates. He has since become a prized asset for the Turkish side, winning two Super Lig titles and is currently the club captain. But his talents have not gone unnoticed with Turkish-Football saying Arsenal are plotting a move to bring him back to north London. It is said Gunners scouts have been monitoring the playmaker in recent weeks, which included Turkey’s 3-0 World Cup qualifying defeat to Iceland on Friday.
