Arsene Wenger hits out at 'ridiculous' penalty decision

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has accused referee Neil Swarbrick of making a 'ridiculous and scandalous' decision by awarding Watford a penalty in his side's 2-1 defeat. The pivotal moment arrived with a quarter of the match left to play, as Hector Bellerin was adjudged to have fouled Brazilian attacker Richarlison inside the penalty box.
