Manchester City Chasing Hamburg Winger Tatsuya Ito
It has been revealed that Manchester City are pushing to sign Hamburg winger Tatsuya Ito. Off contract in June, the Hamburger Morgenpost says City are in contact with Ito's management about a Bosman move to England. The Japanese youngster, 20, is also interesting Inter Milan. His adviser, Jun Yamazaki, has confirmed a first round of talks about a new contract: 'It went well, we have now begun contact.' City's plan is understood to involve Ito spending time away on-loan to continue his development before eventually introducing him to the City first team.
