As the saying goes, good things come to those who wait. Viewers of Arsenal v Red Star Belgrade certainly had to do plenty of waiting but were rewarded for their patience as Olivier Giroud executed an exquisite late finish to settle the match. For a mightily inexperienced Arsenal side the result is something to be proud of as it extends their winning run in the Europa League and may well have thrust some fringe players into Arsene Wenger’s thoughts.
