Arsenal were again left with soul searching to do this season after suffering another English Premier League defeat on Sunday. Having previously lost three times in the league already this term, Arsene Wenger and his side needed a result to keep the pressure on the top four sides in the table but didn't have enough to compete with leaders Manchester City at the Etihad. Pep Guardiola's side were comfortable across the 90 minutes, winning 3-1 thanks to Kevin De Bruyne, Sergio Aguero and Gabriel Jesus. All the Gunners could muster in reply was an Alexandre Lacazette strike, which failed to ignite the second half comeback Wenger will have hoped for. Fans were of course desperately disappointed...
