Morning all. Ok, let’s get the dodgy decision out the way and that’s City’s third goal. Never in a million years was it onside, despite what our old boy Alan Smith said during commentary and suggesting Xhaka had nothing to make a fuss about as he trudged off the pitch still protesting, was pathetic. Nearly as pathetic as the player himself deciding to stop defending just as David Silva crossed the ball which led to the goal. I’m not trying to suggest the outcome would have been any different, nor am I making excuses for the loss but we’d just scored through Lacazette and were enjoying our best spell in the game.
