Luton troll Arsenal over new '89' movie celebrating miraculous title win

Michael Thomas' goal for Arsenal settled an incredible First Division title race in 1989. As you may be aware, Arsenal's dramatic 1988-89 league title win is the subject of a new documentary movie called, simply and fittingly, "89." With one game left of the season, the Gunners took on Liverpool in a winner-takes-all clash at Anfield, effectively knowing that the winner would be crowned First Division champions. George Graham's side eventually went on to secure the 2-0 victory they needed when Michael Thomas scored in the final few seconds, sparking delirious celebrations in North London.
