Arsenal News: Wenger suffers transfer setback as ‘buzzing’ Nydam signs Ipswich contract

GETTY Arsenal target Tristan Nydam has extended his Ipswich Town contract Midfielder Nydam, 18, has put pen to paper on a three-and-a-half year deal to commit his future to Ipswich until the summer of 2021.  But the development will come as a blow to Arsenal, who were reportedly plotting a January swoop.  The Sun reported last month that Arsene Wenger views Nydam as a star in the making and was willing to pay £2million for his services in the next transfer window.  But Nydam has pledged his future to Ipswich and said: “I’m absolutely buzzing.
