Following his refusal to sign a new contract at Manchester United, the Daily Express have reported that Marouane Fellaini is a transfer target for Arsenal net summer. The Belgian international, who is valued at £10.8million by Transfermarkt, has reportedly turned down a £120,000-a-week extension to stay at Old Trafford, meaning that if his contract situation is not resolved by January, he will be eligible to speak to other clubs.
